Company and its Consultants are members of various Professional
Bodies and Associations including The Royal Society for
the Prevention of Accidents, The Construction Health and
Safety Group, The Institute of Occupational Safety &
Health and The Association of Planning Supervisors.
Our Consultants
Consultants within the Company are both highly qualified
and competent, coming from a variety of backgrounds. The
emphasis within Flood Partnership Ltd is on working as a team
to be able to provide a seamless complete service to our
Clients. Continual investment in the training has proved
key in ensuring our Consultants are encouraged to enjoy
their work and strive to improve their knowledge base and
experiences. Communication is recognised as being an essential
part of our service and as such, our in house training programme
focuses on the most effective methods of relaying information
to our Clients.
Our Management
The Company is headed by two experienced practical minded
Directors, who undertake a hands-on approach to the success
of the Company and meeting the needs of the Client base.
Both place a strong emphasis on Flood Partnership Ltd being
a team with the intention of meeting the Clients needs within
a increasingly demanding environment.
Health and Safety Training
A wide selection of health & safety training courses
are available. These courses have been developed over a
number of years with a variety of expertise input to ensure
the tutoring given meets the requirements expected. Our
courses carry accreditation with a number of recognised
bodies and actively encourage feedback to ensure continual
improvement. Our dedicated Training Manager ensures each
and every course offers is relevant, not only to all current
statutory requirements, but to issues faced within the relevant
industry.
Construction Health & Safety Awareness Course
CITB Accredited Course tailored to assist Operatives and
Management who are to undertake the Construction Skills
Certification Scheme (CSCS) touch screen test.
Site Managers Safety Training Scheme (SMSTS)
The 5 Day Construction Industry Training Board course is
designed to assist those who manage to develop knowledge,
awareness and an understanding of their legal responsibilities
in respect of health, safety and welfare on construction
sites. This course is a recognised standard across the construction
industry for persons with management responsibilities.
Senior Management Safety Training
Highlighting the responsibilities and duties of Directors
and Managers within the Organisation.
NASC SG4:00 Training
The use of fall arrest equipment whilst erecting, altering
and dismantling scaffolding training course, as devised
by the National Access and Scaffolding Confederation.
CIEH Accredited Food Hygiene Training
For foundation certificate level.
Fire Warden Training
Appointed person & basic fire prevention & fire
fighting skills
CITB Accredited Construction Training
Including abrasives wheel training, one and two day scaffold
inspection courses and construction site health and safety
awareness.
RoSPA Accredited Manual Handling Training
Manual Handling Awareness
Specific manual handling courses for team lifting &
lifting operations.
Safety Auditing
Health and Safety Site Inspections and Audits
Inspections can be carried out across the South East of
England at frequency's to suit the requirements of the site
and the Client. Our fees are extremely cost effective and
are only charged for the actual time spent on site. A report
is formulated on conclusion of the inspection, with a copy
provided to the Site Contact for action and an additional
copy provided to the Company Health office for review.
Safety Audits of the Work Environment
Offices, Industrial & manufacturing premises, yard areas,
warehouses etc. The audits can be used as a base line highlight
requirements for training, risk assessments and management
procedures.
Devising and Implementing Safe Working and Monitoring
Procedures
To with the ongoing monitoring of safety within an organisation,
building or workplace, we offer tailored safe working procedures
providing all the relevant forms, permits and systems to
ensure specified standards are being maintained.
Collating and Producing Benchmarking Reports
Benchmarks can be a useful management tool for assessing
target achievement and ongoing performance of sites, contractors
or individual areas of concern.
Premises Fire Audits and Fire Risk Assessments
To assist in complying with the Fire Precautions (Workplace)
Regulations 1997 and the Management of Health and Safety
at Work Regulations 1999, Flood Partnership Ltd can undertake
fire audits of your premises and provide guidance on the
completion of fire risk assessments.

Flood Partnership Ltd CDM
Management
Flood Partnership Ltd has an established Planning Supervisory
team with the purpose of allowing Project Clients to comply
with the requirements of the Construction (Design and Management)
Regulations 1994. The team's pro-active approach to liasing
with designers and to the planning and implementation of
safe working practices on construction projects has resulted
in appointments on a number of prestigious developments.
The depth of experience available within the team has proved
of benefit across a wide range of schemes allowing the maintenance
of efficiency without the expense of compromising safety.
From the outset, we will liase with the Client to ensure
they are fully conversant with their responsibilities under
the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 1994
and provide assistance to all parties, as and where required.
In conjunction with the Flood Partnership Ltd Safety Consultants,
assistance can be provided to the Principal Contractor throughout
the project with safe site management and development of
the Health and Safety Plan.
Flood Partnership Ltd CDM Management also provide training courses
to assist Companies with their understanding of the CDM
Regulations and their responsibilities under them. A One
Day CDM Awareness course is aimed at Site Management who
are required to liase with Planning Supervisors, Clients
and Designers on a frequent basis. This course provides
an understanding of what should be carried out, by whom
and at what stage of the project.
We also host a One Day Designers Risk Assessment course.
This course focuses on the responsibilities of Designers
under the CDM Regulations, and the application of the hierarchy
of risk control in designing.
Both courses are accredited by the Construction Industry
Training Board (CITB) and have been recently hosted for
a number of major Developers within the United Kingdom.
